Terms and Conditions:

1) Any deviation made by the customer from the booking details may incur extra charges.

2) It is illegal to Consume Alcoholic Beverages on the Vehicle.

3) The vehicle will depart promptly at the times stated, any deviation to the times are at the drivers discretion and dependent on our schedules. Refunds cannot be made to passengers who are left behind due to their lateness.

4) The Company can accept no liability for any lateness due to unforeseen circumstances.

5) Pick up points, drop off points and the route taken are entirely at the drivers discretion although he/she will make every reasonable effort to comply with your request.

6) Please remain seated whilst the vehicle is in motion. The company will not accept responsibility for any accidents that occur through non compliance with this request.

7) The Company cannot accept responsibility for goods or belongings, lost, stolen or damaged whilst on the vehicle.

8) Although the driver will make every effort to pick up & drop off at a safe place, the company cannot accept responsibility for any injuries incurred whilst boarding or alighting the vehicle.

9) The vehicle must be kept clean at all times The driver has the task of cleaning the vehicle and any undue mess may incur an extra charge. It is Illegal to smoke on the vehicle.

10) If seat belts are provided on the vehicle Please Use Them. Omitting to do so may result in any claims for injury caused by any road traffic accident being invalidated.

11) The Driver is in complete charge of the vehicle and should he/she consider that the safety of the passengers or vehicle could be compromised he/she is at liberty to take any action that he/she deems necessary.

12) Any complaints should be made within a reasonable period in writing.

13) Cancellation's made giving at least 24 hours notice will be subject to an administration fee of £10

Cancellation's made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a £50 charge.

Cancellations made once the vehicle has departed our premises will be charged for in full.
